He disspeared after my incident for 2 weeks then came back and did it again to others....I have PM's of him saying he will pay me back and this was weeekkksss ago and i asked him again and he blew up on me saying I was a scumbag and a POS etc etc

Only way you could be owed $500 from this guy is hooking up to bet with him in the first place (and trust me, this has been known about him in the past). I'd advise all posters to stay away from other posters offering to take their bets.

As for Mr Windy City, you will not have to worry about him stiffing anyone, either points or cash. His next ghost account? Now that's a different story.
