It's only a fade on the game of the day that has the highest amounts of wagers like Pitts VS Miami had 131,000 bets with 77% of the public on Pitts so Miami was the play. Tonight this game has the most bets over all for the day (which I know that will happen a lot for late games and Mondays, so maybe two or three bets a week) so Public all over Minn I'll take Green Bay!

The system is already flawed, though. At what point is your cutoff? There are numerous games on Saturday/Sunday. There could be a game at 1pm that has the highest, and you may bet it, but then what happens when the 4pm games roll around, and that one is now the biggest of the day? Or maybe the SNF game ends up getting the highest number of bets for the day, but you already bet your game of the day.

So how would you determine this?

Like I said their might be 2 or 3 games a week or maybe 4 because of Monday night. I get my percentages at sportsbookspy at pregame! I will post any play if we have one at 1 by 1230 eastern time and 4 o'clock games by 330 and if the night game or the Monday night game fits I will have them posted by 30 mins before kickoff. So yes their might be 3-4 games a week or just maybe 1. At the end I think we do pretty well. Join or fade but let's make some cash.

Let's make one change so no confusion. I will only fade games from now on that 60% of the public is on the highest bet game. so tonight their is already over 94,000 bets so it could very well hit the most bet game of the week but it is 50% on Giants and 50% on Dallas so if it does get bet the highest it would be a no play unless 60% of the country is on one team!

How did you come up with these two plays, my line service had NT Jets with only 55% of 114525 bets
I agree that the best play of the day was New Orleans 68% of 136682 bets
St. Louis Rams (74%), NewEngland Patriots(68%), each had higher percentage of the public bets even if there were fewer overall bets on those two game.
Are you considering only the total bets and diregarding the percentages?
In addition this reflects the number of bets and not the money bet, Is that not a factor.

Fading the Public has been around for a long time, most often fading the higher percentage is consider the stonger play!
In addition if you are looking for the best single play of the week how did we get two plays today

If you read the post after we made some changes! In the afternoon there was 130,000 plus on Jets game and then more came in on Sunday night. As I said in later post we might have 2-3 plays a week not just one. Follow if you would like.
