Why does it matter the color...it should matter if they can win. Jerry just wants someone he can control anyways so he'll never get one of the good ones like Dungy or Cowher that are avl...he thrives on control and he can do that with coaches like Phillips. Why do you think Parcell didn't last long? It's Jerry's way or the highway.

Herman Edwards is a great fit for Dallas. He's a kick-in-the-ass kinda guy, that's what this team needs. Edwards for band-aid.

More importantly, Edwards is a defensive guru. Jones is probably still in love with Garrett running the offense and eventually HC.
