clearly the line makers made the saints -4 favs this week based on last year's super bowl win. Has anyone watched the Saints play this year? There offense is not half as good as last year and there defense is not getting 4 turnovers a game. Tampa is not a bad team and should be given some respect at home. Good luck if you fade this play.

Are you serious? they won more double digit games last year than a team has won in years. Even if they won every game by 3 points or less, who cares what they did last year? Saints offense isn't clicking and there defense really misses Sharper and the turnovers he created.

Crush'em like they did vs. an undrafted rookie QB at Arizona? What made the Saints so good last year was a) their ability to protect the football and b) their propensity for the long ball. Both of those advantages are gone this year, and they'll be facing a Tampa D that ranks 2nd in interceptions. I think TB once again does just enough to scrape by a victory. Why you think NO is going to stomp em?

Whats your point? Drew Brees is an elite qb whose faced many elite defenses and sliced them up. Hes a proven quarterback. Anyways, that wasnt the argument to begin with. I was just saying Tampa hasn't really been tested this year.

The point is that Brees has thrown 5 interceptions to mediocre/week defenses. He has a 9:5 td to int ratio against those defenses. His tendenancy to throw the interception plays well to a defense who ranks 2nd in interceptions. They'll take the ball from the Saints' hands and put it into their own, and I think this will lead them to outscoring the Saints. Their opposing styles just line up well for the Bucs in my opinion.

i hear ya, but i'm not basing this on last week's game. I'm basing this on a season where the saints haven't scored more than 25 points in one game and that's because the 49ers had 4 turnovers and still lost by 3. The saints do not deserve to be more than a field goal favorite on the road versus any team that's above .500 right now. The saints are -2 or -3 points differential this year. This is not the super bowl winning Saints.
