Past trends do little to determine future winners. For example, the Browns were 10-2 all time against the Falcons. The Falcons covered the -3 without too much hassle. I would focus more on line movements and offensive and defense stats as well as overall "feel" for each team

Sorry for this pick everyone, if I knew there would be a thunderstorm in New York (lack of research, completely forgot)... I would definitely have chosen the under as Favre, having a hard year already, will have a very hard time trying to throw any deep balls. I'm just hoping you guys took my lean on the vikings covering the spread. As Favre is 0-5 in his last 5 games against the vikings... I'm glad I'll win some money but most likely lose my big play unless the jets stop scoring field goals and cash in 4 more touchdowns in the 3rd and 4th quarters.

sorry man... favre is just bad against the jets traditionall (0-5 last 5 games) and he's been playing the worse this year comparatively to his last ten years and this will be the best jets team he has ever faced to date.

Doesn't make sense for the vikings to win away when they lost to the dolphins already.
