I don't think you're missing anything at all Baxter. I think it was a couple of weeks ago where the Steelers were only a -2.5 favorite going into TB and they absolutely crushed the Bucs. I got sucked in on that one. Best not get caught up on the psychological aspect(s) of the games/odds. Just an opinion for you. Bol.

Packers are one dimensional, on the road against a pretty good home team and should have beaten a similar team in Houston just a couple of weeks ago. I think if anything the wrong team is favored by 2.5, IMO Washington is a great play.

The real question for me is, with a large majority of people on the Packers -2.5....why hasn't the line moved to at least 3 by now? It actually is listed at -1 on Legends at the moment according to SBR odds. So either there is a shit ton of heavy (often "sharp") money being bet on the Skins from a minority of gamblers to balance all that public money on the Pack, or the books are very comfortable taking in as much GB -2.5 action that they can get.

Regardless of the explanation for this line, it is without a doubt in my mind the squarest play on the board this week. I'm not touching it, but I'll be mildly surprised at this point if GB covers. You guys who are thinking this is easy money? You are just the type of action sportsbooks love.

The Packers are my #1 play on the NFL Board this week and I am trying not to overthink this one. I am trying to figure out how many units I need to put on this one. My #1 play was yesterday was Utah and they crushed Iowa State. That game's line was eerily similar to the line in this game....public on favorite (-6), line didn't move all week and people were saying Iowa State was the play. Don't over think this one guys....Vegas is trying to get you on Washington. Green Bay -2.5.

Why does everyone think Washington sucks? They beat a pretty good Dallas and Eagles team (on the road). Lost to a good Texans squad after blowing a 17 point 2nd half lead, and lost to an up and coming Rams team on the road. They have a HOF coach and a borderline HOF QB, both of whom you would expect to make the team better as the season progresses and they get more comfortable with each other and their surroundings.

I mean, forget about everything you think you know about these two teams and what they are supposed to be this year and look at the results. Who has Green Bay beaten? Who has Washington beaten? There's nothing easy about this game and if you think it is (or ANY NFL game is easy money for that matter) then save yourself now and just stop betting this league.

My two cent. Line movement. If you're thinking that Vegas wants you to be on the Skins because of the low number then you're wrong. They put the low number out there so that you'll jump on the Packs. Sucker you in then clubber you on the head and take your money. Them fukkers. Rob me so many times. I know where my money is on. I am sure they'll rob me again but this time I'll make sure to take a good look at that fukker and remember him next time. That's how you beat the sytem.
