Chargers -6, What am I missing here? Please help

Chargers only win this game by 4 last season and by 8 at home. Raiders did quite well last week against a Houston team that you could argue have some similarities with San Diego. I don't have a strong view on the game but the line looks about right.

too low? only 6 due to the public. sharps are why it stayed there if not the public would drive this to 10. 6 is still way too high though Oakland wins straight up.
