    What should I look for??
I know I know.. im sure theres lots of post about this topic but I couldnt find any myself.. Anyhow, I've never really given into line movement when I research games but realize there is an importance to it. I just want a basic understanding of what I should be looking for on NFL line movements..

Example -Chi opend up at -3 on pinnacle and is now at -1.

I now see CHI -1 across the board but -3 on bodog.. wtf? I know im missing something here..

Well the Chicago game is simple...CUTLER was named OUT!

You lose your starting QB, you lose some steam with the betting public.

Dont go by Bodog lines. I play there and don't think they deserve ALL the bashing that they get...but their lines are always late.

nfl is almost always "situational" bets

almost to the point of story lines factor more than statistics

I remember hearing something about college football Over n unders where if it drops more then 2 then go over if it raises more then 2 go under.. I tried it a few times and it worked. Probly got lucky who knows cause i never stuck with it. But i did see a little sense to it just not enough to convince me.. Anyways just curious if I was missing something.
For now i'll ignore it unless its something really drastic and calls for further research. wont break my head over it.

I noticed that it's best to view the past records by 1 team vs 1 team match ups, and never view the past records by 1 team vs group/division/power ranking.
