I guess for an office pool, take all of the pointspread favorites. The only pointspread favorite I'd consider going against is the GB@Wash game because everyone will be on GB, so if Wash wins you'll have a huge edge in the pool over everyone else. I've played a lot of pools over the years and this is the strategy I'd use without knowing anything else about the pool.
