How bout Cincy -3?

Neither team has proven anything, but this is one of the highest lines of week! And TB coming off a bye...

Is Tampa THAT BAD on the road? or (in theory) if they were home would they still be +4 to Cincy?

Cincy is the play.. All things point to this only being -3 but it's -7.. Could be a rout for Cincy this week.. Good luck with what you choose
