His not rich. No human being in their right mind would wage so much and say, "should of, coulf of, would of" from betting against Brady.
Pats have gone over, which is why it was easy to take the Over.
The Phins also have less numbers of TD this season then NE.
Most likely this Sammy guy just took a wild guess on this play without any supporting numbers and the results lead him and his crew to 2 losses in the same day and in less than 3 hours.
