I disagree. Jacksonville by far seems like the worst team to me.

Jax is up and down. Next week they'll be up and cover against Indy. Look at some of those 0-3 teams, (Lions, Browns, 49ers, Panthers) they are worse. Then you've still got teams like Raiders, Rams, Bucs, Broncos, etc who are not great either. Jax is still somewhere in the middle of the pack even though they got blown out twice in 3 games.

Hard to disagree. But Fitzpatrick is an upgrade and they might continue to rally a bit with him at QB.
