Wanted to start a thread on this game because I am a die hard Eagles fan and this game will be the most talked about game next week.
I am a die hard fan Birds fan like I said, but this is the quintessential Andy Reid letdown game. Throw out all of the past numbers and trends on this game. I see a Philly team that destroyed the Jaguars 28-3, in a game that was ended in the third. And then you look at the Redskins that lost in St. Louis 30-16. I was all over the Rams in this game, because I felt it was a bad spot for the Redskins, but I see how they could have a big letdown game after losing a heartbreaker to Houston. I don't really take into account that they lost by 2 tds because this game was pretty close till the end. Now, do I think the Redskins will win this game? No, but that's because I am bias. However, I would never lay 6-7 points in this game. Eagles may have a letdown after this big road win. For my sake, since I won't be betting it, I would hope Vick lights it up again and the Eagles D plays that well, but I could see a letdown for Philly in a tough 3-4 point win. Basically, as a huge Eagles fan I am telling you NOT to Bet the Eagles.
