New York Jets at Miami Dolphins.

I really like the Dolphins in this spot here at home. Jets are without Edwards and Revis and I think that will help get the victory for the Miami Dolphins. I like the way this line has been moving all week. It started at EVEM at -110 and now is -1 -125 for the Dolphins.

New York Jets are 1-1 in the 2010 season. They lose to the Baltimore Ravens at home 10-9 and then last week won at home against the New England Patriots 28-14. Patriots have a very mediocre defense. I am not a Sanchez fan. I think he is an average quarterback and I believe Dolphins defense will handle him tonight.

Jeta are 1-1 this season with a spread +3 to -3. 8-6 ATS in this situation the last 3 years. In all games the last 3 years they are 21-16 ATS. 17-12 ATS last 3 years against conference opponents. I mainly feel that this a great opportunity for Dolphins at home and they have the defense to win this game. Stats do not really show a play that much for this football game tonight.

Miami Dolphins are undefeated in the 2010 season at 2-0. 2-0 ATS in both games in wins against the Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings. They played Vikings and Bills on the road and now are coming home tonight for their home opener of the 2010 season.

Over the last 3 years with a spread of -3 to +3 Dolphins are 10-7. In all games the last 3 years, Dolphins are 20-15. When Dolphins are playing with 6 or less days rest, they are 17-10 ATS the last 3 seasons. The last 3 years they are 9-4 ATS against divisional opponents. As a favorite, Dolphins are 9-3 ATS the last 3 seasons.

Again, I just really like this matchup. I think Dolphins matchup with the Jets well and will win at home.

There a few key stats and trends for this game I really do like.

Dolphins are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 against the AFC East. They are also 5-1 ATS in last 6 games following a win.

Sanchez can make mistakes and I believe he will turnover the ball tonight.

Jets have a lot of hype on that team and I just don’t think Sanchez has the right experience to win tonight.

On a side note. I was very impressed how Michael Vick and Eagles played today. I think they can be a sleeper in the NFC and in the weak NFC East. When Eagles defense is healthy they are an underated football team and I really like how they are playing. Vick is making a lot of good throws and showing his maturity.

I really liked how Colts and Bengals took care of business today. I was very impressed with them because those could have been trap games today for the teams. Falcons were definitely impressive to beat and take care of the Saints today in New Orleans.
