thoughts on az vs oakland

i cant really understand why this line is at 4.5 feel its should be 3.5 and the action is on oakland getting 67 percent of the bets but line hasn't budge,im leaning on betting against the public underdog and taking az but i think oaklands back up qb is pretty good and az defense is a bit suspect what ur guys thoughts?
