I'm really not sure what to make of this match up at all guys. I want to take the Giants and all, but since NY started everyone in that meaningless last game of the year. I can't help not to think that it will hurt them this time around.

I guess my question to you guys is this... How are you factoring that into this game?

Would've replied a couple minutes ago but the site keeps going dead on me for some reason.

I can understand your position here, but fortunately I don't have to make any decision since I'm already locked and loaded into a -120 SB winning future for New England. However, I don't think the game will play out identically to the Week 17 showdown.

The Patriots played vanilla in that game until later on when they had to start pressuring Eli, and their offensive production was hampered a little by missing a couple starters on their offensive line (Neal, Kaczur), not to mention their TE Kyle Brady. They will be better protected this game.

The forum was a little slow for me a little while ago too Crazyl, but I reset my modem and all is well again.

Anyways, I like you chances at that price you have the Pats at. Are you going to hedge it at all?

It crossed my mind, but I am going to ride this out. I already feel I'm invested with the best of it, so I don't want to cut into my profits on this. Maybe if it were a huge dog future I would consider securing something.

Every edge regarding the previous week 17 matchup has to favor the Patriots. The Patriots know they can beat them. The Patriots know how to beat them. The Patriots beat them when the Giants threw everything they had at them. Every psychological and emotional edge has to favor the Patriots. The Giants might be thinking, "Hey, we can play them close.", but that really only goes so far. They still lost.

So, play the Patriots ML, and be careful laying the points, because the Giants may indeed keep it within single digits again.

I think the Giants have a chance at this one. Patriots to win out? Wouldn't it be interesting if they were beat by the Wildcard.

I'm still on the fence too, but leaning toward a NE blowout. Eli has been perfect lately a trend he can't keep up. In week 17 the Giants played the best game they could possibly play and still lost. If this dips to 10.5 I'll take NE. Still might at 12.

Patriots aren't going to blow the Giants out. Patriots win because they make the better in-game adjustments; and have more options to do so. They keep trying different stuff until something works. Against the Chargers they weren't going anywhere until Maroney got going.

I'm taking Giants in 1H, and Pats in 2H.

Not bad, really like Pats 2nd half.
