Bears got lucky against a very inferior Lions team at home. They got Lucky Stafford got knock, and a BS rule that saved them from losing. The Cowboys are much better than the team they showed against Washington. As horrible as they could possibly play on the road, they still almost pulled that win off. This point spread should be at least +10 or more.
The reason the Cowboys will win is simple. Cutler is Mr. Int. He will give up one or two interceptions in this game because that's just want he does. Their defense is the real deal, so don't expect Cutler or the Bears offense do to much, especially when they didn't do d1ck against the Lions. This team is too talented to not win by more than 17 points in this game. Them just playing average in my opinion, should be suffice to cover the -7 point spread.
