    Harry's week 2 nfl "fistful"
Turned a modest profit last week, going 3-2 on the picks. Gonna play the following 5 games this week.....

    TENNESSEE -5- over PITTSBURGH

Last week the Steelers notched the W, even without Big Ben at the helm, but that one was at home. In this one, they'll have to take to the road and face a Titans team fresh off a shellacking of the Raiders. Fully respect the Steelers D but gotta figure that Chris Johnson, Vince Young & Co. will be able to score at least 24 points. Don't see QB Dixon and Mendenhall able to counter-punch enough to keep it within the number.

    DALLAS -7 over CHICAGO

Let's face it: Da Bears were lucky to win last week at home against the Lions. Cutler and the boys did put up more points than I expected, but they'll probably revert back to their anemic ways this week. The Cowboys will be desperate to notch a victory after last week's debacle. Home cooking should help. I think the 'Boys get it done with ease against Chicago.

    ATLANTA -6- over ARIZONA

The Falcons, too, will be highly motivated in this one. They don't want to slip to 0-2 to start the season. Arizona got the W last week, but struggled to put up 17 against the Rams. Falcons had their hands full last week against a stout Steelers D at Heinz. They'll find the going a lot easier against the Cardinals. Lay it.

    MINNESOTA/MIAMI - OVER 39

This modest total is refective of the fact that both these teams were in low-scoring games last week. The Vikes will be jacked to get a victory here and it helps a lot to be on their own turf. The balance between Peterson on the ground and Favre through the air will be a lot for Miami to contain. On offense, Miami will probably be playing catch up and Henne will be forced to the air. It's tough to run against this Vikes D, but Henne should find some opportunity to exploit an injuered Minny secondary. Well into the 40s.

    NEW YORK JETS/PATRIOTS - OVER 38-

There's been a lot of attention given to this Jets defense, but NT Kris Jenkins is out for the season, Calvin Pace is hurt, and even Revis is dinged up (hammy). Brady showed last week that he has a stud stable of receivers, including two rookie tight ends who look awesome. The Pats will put up some points, easily into the mid-20s. Even though Sanchez looked awful last week, the Jets should be able to dent the Pats defense, much like Cincy did last week in a meaningless second half. Very low total for a Patriots game. Go north.

    As always, best of luck.

Forgot to indicate that Atlanta is a "double play", as in 2 units, for me.
