Browns/chiefs over/under

Last december when these two teams played the score was 41-34. Would it be foolish to bet the over on this at 38 1/2 based on that sole statistic?

Just based on what you said: yes.

Because the people who set lines, and do this for a living, took that into consideration already.

Not that it won't go over, but put more analysis into it.
