                      That is shocking news to me, that is a person that has no NFL head coaching experience at all, not even as an assistant. This just doesn't make sense at all. I think it is a bad decision for the Ravens to do this.

                              Inked him for a four year deal, I didn't hear the salary. I'm guessing around $3 million per year.
