well that ML parlay ended up saving the day. the lakers would not have covered for sure. both the pistons and nuggets decided to play no defense at all. well i think i'm done living/dying by mr. morrison. i will still use some of the system plays, but i think i will also use some of my own strategies. like NBA/NFL ML parlays. i actually didn't bet on the pistons last night to be honest. i had new orleans in a ML parlay with chicago/san antonio. it won easily. anyway, i will also be betting small on these since they are just MY picks.

-so fading the dismal cavs/twolves straight up tonight seemed to be the safer bet. and i combined the celtics who won thursday night, but didn't cover. all 3 teams won easily. i'm not saying this will work every time. but tonight it just had common sense written all over it.

-also i may start doing more PL parlays in the NHL since it gives you a better chance to win. a lot of NHL games go to overtime. if you have the underdog PL, it's a lock since teams can't win by more than 1 goal in OT.

i was going to do a ML parlay with the magic/lakers/thunder. but i don't think there will be a ML in the cavs/thunder game. so i am waiting for the lakers line to come out. i may do a 7pt teaser with the lakers/cavs/magic. nobody is expecting much from cleveland, but their spread is at +12.5 now. with the 7 pts it would be +19.5. you'd think their sorry asses could at least cover that. it's not a play yet. i'm only considering it. i'll post a little later when the lines are out. keep in mind the laker game starts at 1:00 ET.

i hear they have the best odds. i use sportsbook. they allow teasers in the NBA. but only 5 and 7 pts. and you have to have 3 with the 7 pts.

it would have been a great night, but the bulls frickin' lost straight up to the clippers. i had that parlay because the bulls, spurs and nuggets were all playing weak road teams who had just played the night before. utah wins though, and in NHL phoenix also won. so nothing changes on the lines.
