It depends on how important that $180 is to you. If it's just a bet in a long line of bets let it ride. If you need the cash hedge it.

I have this as the final leg of a 4 teamer (Broncos, Browns and Steelers). I would hedge it because you are getting an 8 point middle, which makes it much better than the typical hedging of a parlay. The line is Jets -2.5, so a decent percentage of the time the Jets will win by between 1 and 8 points and you scoop both bets.

Hedging usually bad, this isn't a bad spot though. But be sure to get a great line/odds on NY. Matchbook is your friend.

Yep the more I see the line move in baltimore's favor it is convincing me more and more to just ride it out. Unless Flacco and Rice crap the bed, 8.5 should be doable. I actually think they should win this outright....

i agree, definatly let it ride though. Rice is going to get many carries tonight and with his playmaking ability, look for balt to win this bad boy outright. Im expecting something like 10-3, 13-10 type of win. Lay some on under if you'd like as well

You hedge when you're risking a lot of cash relative to what you make or your bankroll, or if you have no idea which is the right side. In the case of the former, you're trading a higher ROR, assuming your side is actually off in your favor, for safety. Hope this helps in your decision.
