Need your recommendation - what's the best site to track scores/stats online?

I used to use the scoreboard on CBSsportsline but they don't have the same, user friendly display.

I'm looking for a site that shows scores for all games in progress, gives alerts, and has good stat displays.

Thanks. I know the question is somewhat silly, but there are a lot of options and I figured it would be more efficient to ask fellow cappers!

ESPN is awesome, especially with Gamecast.
