Out of all do respect this is Smacks thread. I did do a little write on Miami (oh) QB telling Smack he was overlooking this kid. Boucher was highly recruited two years ago after winning the Division 4 Championship in Ohio. And as a rule thumb when a team is getting 20 points in any Championship take the underdog especially when all the action is on the favorite. Good Luck

I agree this thread has juice and should continue til seasons end: BUT i believe we should all reply on Smackatttacks picks if we disagree with it. The times i fade are the times i win for example: He picked Miami over the bears and i went all in on the bears due to local knowledge / info. NEVER depend on an unproven system like the smacktowns secret lab - if you do its on you. Still love the thread and smackdowns confidence though - keep it coming Smacked...

Right now I'm leaning Cincinnati -2 but I want to do a little more research.

Whats interesting about this game is the line was a pickem on Monday, then on Tuesday jumped to -2 with only 10% bets coming in on Cincinnati which means there is some sharp players money coming in. The line's starting to come back as it dropped to 1.5 this morning as the betting looks to be on Pittsburgh at 80/20.

Couple important points.

*Senior Day...Armon Binns last game, look for a big game.
*Butch Jones, great coaching staff in his first year coming from Central Michigan. I feel Cincinnati has underachieved this season and today they should make amends for that.

If you are tailing anyone, and that goes for best cappers in the world to dude on posting picks on SBR...you should take their data and picks they give, and then compare that to your own leans and plays, anything that collaborates, you should play. That is why a compilation system of data and pro picks is the best way to go. And even then, even if you had access to those materials, you still have to compare their picks to yours and see what you like and what sticks out at you. And even this, gambling and sports betting should be done for fun...if you are betting $500 a pick, then you should be paying for picks, and again, cross-referencing those picks with your picks and leans.

Just in response to the "You must be retarded to have bet on NIU" (paraphrasing)...

Over in the service plays thread (a thread I read everyday, and really provides some insight to potential value plays), some guy sums up all the service plays by handicappers. The number of people on NIU vs. Ohio was drastic, like 20-2.

So if you sit here and say all of those people are retarded, I think you are giving yourself too much credit. More likely scenario is NIU underestimated Ohio, came out flat, dropped easy TDs, and lost a game they could have easily won.

Love Cincinnati in this spot for several reasons. Last week vs Connecticut I thought they were live dog as the line was -1.5. I had the line capped at -4.5 which means anything under a FG is a major move. I watched Butch Jones show this morning. They had several unlucky plays last week and played solid defense. The interception for one that was returned for a TD off a deflection.

Butch Jones has stated this is an important game, not only for the seniors but for the future of the team. Now that I jinxed my pick do as you wish but I will be on Cincinnati, Looks like you can get at a pick em now. Good Luck

Maybe they overlooked the game abit but they were very deserving of the MAC title.

Plus Miami Oh best LB stated they do better against downhill running football teams and they will stop the run against No. Illinois. He mentioned they have trouble against the spread, which they lost all 4 games to teams with that type of offense. Thats why they got the deep TDS, that was there gameplan stop the run even if they give up a ton of yards passing, because Harnisch is terrible. He just happened to burn the same guy (Brown) 3x. So its looks like that gameplan was brillant, 7/1 Dog winning outright.
