Awesome. Took the Saints -5.5 tonight, said to myself no way they only win by 5 .... Hartley misses a 30 yard FG. I knew the Saints would win but -240 ML was too much juice for me. Whatever... karma will come back to me for this.

Ditto. Hartley is on my Fantasy team as well so I'm shaking both fists at him. Right before the kick, my girlfriend was like "he missed the other one" and I was all "Oh honey, this one's a lot closer and this guy is good."

Also, I'm somewhat surprised Payton didn't go for two. I think the chart says go for it, but he must be a "fourth quarter only" chart guy.

i couldn't believe the announcer for espn afterwards said " the kicker missed the PAT which brings the hook into play" during the highlights. did anyone else hear that?

Minnesota played a good game to only lose by 5. Even the over of 49.5 was nowhere near being a winner with an ending score of 14-9.
Minny could end up winning between 8 and 12 games this year which would be in the playoff hunt. 2 of my tickets were pushes and 1 of my tickets was a win. Thank goodness for the missed extra point.
