Those look like decent picks. 49ers and Packers should win their divisions, Buffalo could be the worst team in the league this year, the Colts are the Colts, and I'm still not sold on Mark Sanchez or Kevin Kolb.
I'd also suggest one other pick: Lions +6.5
Call me delusional, but I think the Lions have a shot at winning this one. The Bears are looking very weak right now, especially on offense. It wouldn't surprise me to see the Bears finish last in the division behind the Lions.

I like the Lions team this year as well and was thinking about buying a point and taking Lions +7.5...but I think i'll wait a couple of weeks and see how the lions look before a risk some dough on them

You like those picks, and so does damn near every Joe out there.... Books wouldn't be in business if the favorites always won, but anything is possible.

I'm on Packers -3.
49ers seem to easy at -3 stay away.
Falcons I like but not playing it.
Ravens and Panthers seems like a public dog play, staying away.
Dolphins no opinion and Colts you could get a -1.
Other then that my friend, BOL.

Good info...I'm probably just going to be on the Colts and Packers, I know Houston's going to be pumped for that game, but Peyton has owned them, so I'll roll with him, and if he loses me a little bit of money so be it

I agree with what your saying. I know this is week 1 and the game is being played in Houston and football games are won and lost on home field advantage and what not. If the scenario was the exactly the same except this game was being played in Indy the line would be set anywhere from -5 to -7 agree? This is a great spot to grab Indy -1 you might never see them all year again like that because of who they are. BOL

I wasn't implying that I would be fading them, I actually like ALL OF THEM - thats the problem. When looking at the public betting trends all plays posted are in the 65+% range... You, me, our kid sistesr, our gold fish feeders and our dog walkers all like the plays.

I personally like 49ers more than IND... IND is a scary play this week imho.

I definitely hear what you're saying about the colts, its hard to deny peyton manning and the colts are 15-1 all time against the texans (and the only time the texans beat them was in the season the colts won the super bowl) but considering the games between them were really tight last year and indy is no good with run defence its really tough to call.. colts -1 is definitely a solid pick but i think the over 46.5 would be the best play...sems to me like this should be a fairly high scoring affair

Like SF and GB a lot, got on them last week at -2.5 SF -2 GB ... Staying away from IND, HOU DL looking real good and
INDY pass protection could be shaky. See a close game with HOU possibly pulling out a win.
GL on all your plays.
