I am a Jaguars fan and now feel sorry the Steelers have to rely on Leftwich to lead them. He could not do it for the Jags and will not for the steelers.

Dixon has upside, could grow. Leftwich is a interception machine after 1 or 2 games. Its depressing.

Im with you guys. I feel horrible for the Steelers nation because that dude is one of the slowest and dumbest human beings I have ever seen. I had to watch him here in Jacksonville for many years and I could never stand him. His throwing motion is like a pitcher from the wind up. Horrible player and truely surprised he is still employed. The Steelers need to get them another guy for those first few games or they will be trying to come out of a huge hole.

Whoever it is Pitt is not a good team and will not win more than 8 games even with Big Ben playing.

Yup, Leftwich is the man now. Moving the Chains was mentioning today that they could also alternate quarters and go with the hot hand like some teams do with running backs though. Would be interesting.

I am a HUGE fan of Leftwich, but I think Dixon should be the guy for this team until Big Ben is back. I think Dixon has that little something-something I like. Sure he wasn't great vs Denver. I think some of it is on inexperience. But what he does provide is mobility. Leftwich was getting creamed by a pretty anemic Bronco passrush
