    Skins/Hawks Weather Angle
Hearing it'll be a windy/rainy game. Not going to lend itself to throwing the ball lots, I think this favors the Redskins merely because if Shaun Alexander can't get it going in normal weather, do we trust him to carry and pound the rock? He's not the same back anymore...

Feeling real good about Washington here, and glad to see and hear most of the radio, print, and TV analysts on the Seahawks at home.

Most of what I've heard is everyone on the Wash bandwagon.

Agreed. The Seahawks are a one-dimensional team, only relying on the passing game to get the job done. With the rain, they will be forced to run the ball more. I don't think a digressed Shaun will do so well against a hot run defense in the Redskins.

This Qwest field argument is getting old too. Big deal, it will be loud at the game. What stadium isn't loud? The Redskins handled the Giants and Vikings in very loud stadiums. They should be fine. If the Seahawks are relying on homefield advantage to get the job done, they're in for a long day.

It rains all of the time in Seattle. The Seahawks are used to it. I don't see it affecting them that much.

I disagree. This isn't just rain. They're calling for a storm with huge wind gusts (there is a Wind Advisory in Seattle right now). Even kicking field goals could be a problem.

The line originally opened at Seattle -5 and is now Seattle -3.

The public is all over the feel good story of the Washington Redskins but Vegas is usually right. I like Washington too here but it scares me that the public on Washington so strong.

Can't say I'm happy the weather. No choice but to lower my early score prop.

But the total is still unchanged at 40.
