Dad, keep this quiet, but they are all at Whole Foods. Go to Vons and get the important stuff, steaks, beer, chips. Drop off at home and then head to Whole Foods. When you see a hottie, suck the tummy in and make your move. Grab the nearest product and ask a simple question. Have you tried this,you're trying to start a healthier diet, really interested in organic, yada,yada.

Act impressed with her knowledge and compliment. Do you work out? You look great, blah,blah. She'll be cooking you dinner and you'll be banging in no time. Don't have high expectations for dinner. It won't be good, but dessert will be great. Return home satisfied , yet hungry. That's why you went to Vons for the steak and beer.
