I think it would be surprising if either team scored under 20 pts. Philly first and second team offense is really good, but their second team defense is positively awful. Also, whoever out of T.O. or Ochocinco gets matched up on Ellis Hobbs is going to have a major physical mismatch in their favor.

Hard to hit the over when the QBs go a combined 0 TD 5 INT, and if they're not trading picks they're punting from the 50.
