    Road Teams Off Close Loss
Just getting into this preseason stuff...give me some feedback. What do you think about these plays:

Play a week 2 road team after a close loss (1-3 points) in week 1 of the preseason (73% win)

    Houston -1 @ New Orleans
    Green Bay +1 @ Seattle

I may play a 2 team parlay with then also.

I like HOU -1, GB/SEA over, HOU/NO over. When I play parlays I tend to stick to 2 teamers.

    BOL!!!

The concept is solid. I know there are many head coaches who will shoot for a preseason win after a heartbreaking loss to make sure their guys don't become complacent. Even though it is preseason, you don't want to let bad mentalities to become established.

Your right Sportspick they lost against the spread...therefore Miami would not be a play (I edited post) thanks.

I may just play a two team parlay with Houston and Green Bay then.

where is the 73 percent coming from?
              The trend is from 2000-2010.

I also found a trend that I might play that states:

Teams coming off a loss playing their third game against opponent playing second game

              Dallas +3 @ San Diego

              This trend is 75% (9-3-1) since 2000
