G-men are set on establishing the new Meadowlands stadium as their home turf over the Jets home turf. New defensive coordinator for giants has them all worked up for this. Jets rookie corner.
Jets did not prep against Giants for this game at all.
Lots of pressure on Giants defense and media playing up the Giants desire to win this.

I know it's PS and it doesn't particularly matter, but if memory serves correct last PS these 2 played ended up a 1 or 2 pt victory for Rex's crew... a little more incentive for the G-men to win I suppose.

I'm sure the Giants could care less about winning a preseason game in order to silence the "super bowl talk" of another team. That really doesn't even make sense.

Brunell + Clemens > Sorgi, and as was said before the Jets will be playing their starters longer. All the "Giants want to win cuz its their stadium" junk is overblown and the hype will die down halfway through the first quarter. As it always in preseason it's about players trying to make the team.

I invested yesterday on the Jets, but I state that it is my lightest investment of the week, and I just believe that the Jets feel like the step child of New York. For years, it has always been the Giants when you talk about New York, hell the stadium is still refered as the New Giants Stadium among locals. Yes, I know this to be a fact, as I happen to hang out in some nice spots for degenerates in the Bowery / Chinatown / Greenage Village / and Broadway areas.

Anyways, the over is probably the best bet at this point, but I am done making money for the week, and I will just sit on most of the profits from this week, and see my funzi investment on the ganggreen start another promising season. This year, they are talking superbowl. This makes me wonder how they are going to eff it up during the year because we all know they ain't going to the superbowl.

My prediction is that Mark "Dirty" Sanchez has a predictable sophmore slump.

Well said DrStale, but it's aactually all about players trying to not be bagging groceries in a couple of weeks. I like the Jets tonight and I really like the over, but it's preseason week one so I'm going to pass. I'll bet week 3 when the starters play 3 quarters. Oh ok I did not see you mention anything about week one in your post. You just have to find the right total plays but to just not play totals at all based on a 62% win rate really limits your plays IMO.....BOL
