Looking at the preseason game tomorrow the ravens vs panthers line opened at 3.5 now it is at 4 at some books what does this mean.which side is more favorable to bet.

Line moves just mean the bets are coming in one sided. A lot of sharps in Vegas jumped on Balt -3. It's probably still the right side at -4 but you hate to get in on the bet late and miss out on the 3. From a gambling perspective, If you like BALT, it's best not to chase the line.
