Last over/under in the NFC I would play. But over more likely.

Love the Panthers. They are one of my underrated teams. Moore will NOT throw interceptions like Delcrappy.
I would also throw money on the Giants over and Chicago over.

Seven games seems about right and that will end the John Fox era in Charlotte.
I would have looked elsewhere for an O/U...Here's why I'm not a big fan of the bet:
There is no way to know how good Matt Moore is going to be at QB. Yeah, I know he played OK last year. But the rest of the NFL has had an entire off season to study the film. So, I think the game plan is to stack the box to make running the ball difficult and make the QB beat you. None of their wide outs scare you.
They should be OK on defense, even without Peppers. But last year, the defense wore down because the offense couldn't stay on the field.
I've certainly got them behind NO and ATL in the NFC South.
I could easily see the Panthers going 6-10. I wish you well but I think they'll be between 6-8 wins.

I have them winning 8 games, maybe with this line I would take over 7
but it was at Over 7 -135 before so the under has been getting pounded

Their QB's are Matt Moore and Jimmy Clausen. Matt Moore has played well when has had a chance. However the Panthers were already out of playoff contention by the time he got to play. He will be better than Jake Delhomme but I think just about anybody is better than Jake. Jake is a stand up guy but he clearly lost his confidence the last couple seasons and once you lose your confidence you are done. He may do alright with Cleveland now that he has a fresh start and there are absolutely zero expectations in Cleveland.
As far as the Panthers defense.... well they lost 3 out of 4 starters on the D-Line from last year and it was a very average D-Line last year besides Peppers and he didn't give 100%. They did absolutely nothing to address the losses on the D-Line. Also the Panthers traded pro bowl saftey Chris Harris who was a very important part of the team for a 3rd string Linebacker. On defense the Panthers are deep at linebacker with Jon Beason and Thomas Davis. Chris Gamble is one of the top cover CB's in the NFL but lacks great tackling ability.
