300 yard shuttle run 25 yards at a time in 70 seconds, 3 and a half minute break, do the same in 73 seconds.

Mike Golic on ESPN either did it or barely missed it, and he's been out of the game 16 years and has a bad knee back and hamstring.

I could SMASH those times, but I'm built more like a DB (though obviously not in NFL shape LOL!!) and those are the times for linemen.

The summer of discontent for Albert Haynesworth continues. During the past week, he's repeatedly failed to pass his conditioning test, and according to Jason Reid of the Washington Post, the frustration is rising within the Washington Redskins' organization, because giving Haynesworth one-on-one attention is a waste of resources.
Furthermore, Reid reports that some within the team think Albert should've passed the test by now, and are confused because he's been "flying" on the treadmill.
As for cutting the DT some slack, it's highly unlikely. As Reid tweets, "Results of MRI exam (no structural damage) and last treadmill work (outstanding) means Mike Shanahan will hold firm: No pass, no practice."
