IQ tests: 140 & 142. Repeat, no Einstein, but no punk at my age.
We're all close to "gambling retards" perhaps, but as said re: driving while "impaired" should be stopped, strictly enforced. These states that fine as little as $5 for text/talk activity are a joke. Treat 'em like DUI...take driver off the road for 6 months or so.
It's ALL very dangerous for all involved.
I'm older than cell phones, PDA, etc. The "youngsters" should have to do without such, even computers & see what life used to be like.

Sorry to rant, but when it's been PROVED...text, etc driving is MORE danger than DUI, the one's doing it may be retard-dead.
