The cold reality of this situation is, it is very possible his girlfriend was involved. We know very little facts, other than there had been questionable stuff going on in the home, apparently someone had broken in prior to this and left a butchers knife on Taylors bed.

He had already missed some sort of team function because he wanted to deal with his home situation, and he had a sprained ankle, or else he would have been with his teammates. We know very little details other than absolutely nothing appears to be missing, so I'm not buying the burglary motive.

If somebody is going to break into your bedroom and rush in blasting shots, you're telling me the animals are going to spare your girlfriend whose beside you and not harm her physically? Not buying that, these weren't mobsters these were just simple thugs.

Sounds like the shooter just got lucky or unlucky and nailed the femoral artery which led to Taylor bleeding to death basically. Gonna have to hear more from the police but my guess is she didnt. If you get a big hole or sever your femoral artery you are gonna die 9 times out of 10 by bleeding to death. Thats what that article says got hit. There is a sick scene in "Blackhawk Down" where they try to save a guy who got hit there.
