Sorry couldn't post the first game today.....Just remember, when the CFL starts, defenses are not in-sync with each other....So games tend to go over. If Toronto could move the ball more, this game would have gone over easily as well. Montreal-Sask was an unreal game. Great way to start the year!!!!

Usually, when you see this type of line (-3 hamilton), the books are begging us to pound Winnipeg.... Hamilton with QB Glenn have entered this season more ready that ever. After making the playoffs last year for the first time in 5 years or so, Hamilton looks to stay in the top 2 in the division this year. Thus, they should improve on their 9-9 record form last year... I feel that Winnipeg may enter a rebuilding process this year with Buck Pierce at the helm. Bringing in Pierce may not be the solution, but he's way better than the other 2 QB's., lets just hope he stays healthy or they'll battle Toronto for the basement easily..
I'm staying away from the total on this one... It could be a shoot-out, which we don't want!
.....Historically both Hamilton and Winnipeg stuggle in week 1 games, but who gives a crap about that stat. The thing that concerns me is Winnipeg plays strong on friday nights at home.......
So Friday night, I'm going with my gut and taking Hamilton -3

I was on the under but im changing at last minute. 50 is low and Pierce can throw as he has shown in BC, Glenn is a good QB and will want to make a statement early in the season, I think its gonna be a high scoring game with Hamilton covering the spread also.Comment -
