i'm on the chargers at -9...but please don't insult my niners by saying the ravens have the worst offense in the nfl, that clearly belongs to us.

Personnaly I don't think the Chargers should be favored by 9 over anyone right now. The Chargers have their own problems trying to score, if Rivers turns the ball over once or twice the Ravens could outright win this game.

I jumped on this game early, I took the Ravens + 9.5 for 3 units.

I actually like Ravens +9. I don't trust Rivers against the Ravens secondary. Not betting the game, but thats the side I'd take.

Well I'm not so sure about the "BANK", considering the Jacksonville Jaguars held the Chargers to 17 points last week. IMO, if a defense ranked 27th against the pass and 14th against the run can do that - then a team ranked 13th and 2nd respectively should be capable of the same thing or better, no?

The Ravens probably have the worst offense in the NFL right now and the Chargers secondary lately has stepped it way up since its 6 INTs vs Payton Manning. I look for the Chargers to win big here.

THe Chargers are going to win this game. THe spread is a little bit higher than I like. I do not like taking dogs in which they have no chance of winning. I would only bet on the dog if they could pull out the upset. Chargers will win by more than a touchdown. I would buy two points just to be on the safe side.

I personally hope your right, I am a huge Chargers fan and I will be at the game tomorrow. Nobody said football players were good gamblers. My buddy was just busting my chops because he knows how much much of a Chargers fan I am.

For the record I do like the Ravens +9. I am in hard situation I like the Ravens but my heart is with the Chargers. What do I know, I only finished 3rd in Beat the Prick Contest last year and enjoyed the Pro Bowl trip.

I was looking at the trends of betting for this game on vegasinsider and the line went from 9 to 8.5 when the Chargers when the Chargers were getting 56% to 44% of the action. Kind of weird because Chargers are getting most of the money and the line is dropping the other way'.

Betting is now 63 to 37 percent in favor of the Chargers. The Chargers are so good at home I think they are ready for a dud tomorrow.

I think you could like the Ravens if, and it's a big IF, you thought the offense they showed last week with Boller at QB was something you could expect to see again this week.

If, OTOH, you think that offense was mostly due to the fact that the Ravens got a little jump start changing QB's that probably won't last and the fact the Browns play almost no defense, I think you'd have to pass.

Keep in mind the last time the Bolts were at home, they got two special team touchdowns, had 6 picks, and needed the Colts to miss a chip shot field goal to hang on and win. So, it's not like we're talking about a great football team here in San Diego.

Ravens showed a little life on offense last week. Both teams have been so disappointing this year I don't think the revenge factor will play too much of a part. Chargers are the better team and at home but I still see it relatively close so I'm going with Bal +9.

I don't neccassarily believe in the Ravens offense (which I am sure you are aware of from past conversations). I think the Chargers offense is struggling as well and their defense is hit or miss from week-to-week. The Ravens defense will show up, will the Chargers? The Ravens should score at least 9-10 points (that is hillarious), which means the Chargers would have to score 19-20 to cover (I have the Ravens at 9.5). Either way I don't think the Chargers outscore the Ravens at a 2-1 rate throughout the game. I personally think the Chargers win something like 16-13.

Sorry, I cant bet on Phillip Rivers in a big line game. He is in the top 10 worst NFL QB's. Im not crazy about the line in BLT favor either, but its to high, better be on BALT in this one if ur playing it, but my advice is NO PLAY
