Al Davis wants two more Superbowl rings before he will consider retiring. Well, looks like you will be there for quite sometime then Al. Get use to all the headaches and heartaches.

Al Davis has been running the Raiders for 44 years and has seen the Raiders win three Super Bowls among their 28 winning seasons and has been inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. According to the Star Tribune, Davis talked about his refusal to retire until he wins two more Super Bowls.
