I just mean in general. You'd think that by now owners and coaches would realize that guys like Haynesworth or TO or Pac Man need incentive-laden contracts rather than high front-end payouts. But when one owner in the league is stupid enough to do that, anybody who wants him needs to pay him.

Until he collected the April 1st 21 million, he could do and say what he wants. Collect the check=commitment to team. From that point on, he is wrong and will have to give that money back.
He will then get traded or released and sign somewhere else.
