- - - Vikings + 6??? Vikes defense is very stingy against the run (which in the Green Bay dictionary does not exist) and fare strong through the air, their a solid defense. Their offense has been explosive so far thanks to rookie Peterson. Brooks Bollinger stepped in last week at San Diego and fared well, he even looked better than starter qb, Jackson. I believe if Green Bay win this game, it won't be more than a FG...thats if they win.

- - - The Saints are looking more like "predicted Saints". Their finally clicking on offense, however their defense still needs some work to do. Marc Bulger and Stephen Jackson should be in the line-up to do some damage, exspecially Bulgers nice game last week. Should be high scoring game throughout.

- - - Detriot + 3??? vs the "Arizona Cards"...hmmmm Detriots offense is too high powered for the young Cardinals defense to contain. Kitna 10 game gaurentee is looking more promising each week.

MINNY at GB(-6.5) Total 40.5
MINNY 8-2-1 ATS as div road dogs since 2002
MINNY 1-7 Under off a SU win of 14+ pts since 2003
GB 1-7 ATS as div home favs since 2004
In this series the dog has covered 16 of last 17 games
The point totals have been same or lower in GB last 8 straight years. (39 pts in Minny)

The Vikings are stingy against the run ...but Green Bay is a passing offense, which the Minnesota defense hasn't had tremendous success against.

Green Bay's run defense is ranked #2 in the NFC.

If Adrian Peterson only rushed for 87 yards last week what do you think the line would be? I would imagine it would be -7 1/2 Green bay.

I think MIN is in trouble....and here's why.

MIN is solid at running....GB doesn't bother. GB is going to pass the ball.....look for Favre to pass it 35-40 times. MIN are 31st in pass defense (275+ ypg), and Favre averages 38.5 passes a game. I'm seeing 350+. He went for 344 and 2 TDs in their last MIN game.

He has 2 outliers, but for the most part he plays up to the defense, and takes advantage of weak defenses. People are ignoring the sub-par Rush DEF of the teams MIN has played. He went for 112 and 0 TDs against GB, and I'm looking for him to have about the same. If GB can get out quick, then he'll be less of an option, and they will have to rely on their passing offense (30th, 151.5 YPG).

Oh, and MIN has BB....that isn't exactly going to instill hope in the MIN offense. Look for GB DEF to let loose on BB, 3-4 sacks, a couple TOs.
