Need help on the Pats/Colts game

I was originally planning on passing on this game... it seemed to me that there was no clear advantage ATS for either team. However, my friend just called and offered me the Patriots straight up. I took the bet.

Now the question is, what should I do? Let it ride? Hedge with Colts ML or the spread?
