I'm hearing conflicting reports on the Panthers QB starter this week. Anyone know who the starting?

I'm not sure it matters. Indy is 6.5 better than the Panthers no matter who starts.

Oct 24 Coach John Fox said Wednesday that Carr will play Sunday against Indianapolis if he is healthy, but that he might not start.
Advice: Carr practiced without limitations on Wednesday. His sore back has improved since he missed Carolina's last game at Arizona on Oct. 14, when Vinny Testaverde led the Panthers to a win four days after signing with the team. Fox wouldn't name Carr the starter Sunday against Indianapolis, though, and hinted at some possible platoon with Testaverde.Comment
