NFL Trend of the Week (Ugly Pick)
I will try to post one of these each week. This one spits out some ugly teams, but you can't knock the results.

Play On Non-Conference Home Underdogs off of 3 straight up losses: 65-41-2, 61.3% ATS since 1985.

This week's system play: RAMS (holding nose tightly).

Note that this is not an official pick for me, as I am only reporting what the trend produces

          bad teams stay bad teams

Gentleman & GREEK save your money on the RAMS this week, they will eventually win but this is not the spot, i know cleveland has no business being a road favorite by more than 2 points but, if you can score it does not matter if you are on the road or home. The rams have nothing and are going nowhere, no gas left, not in the coach, players or anyone else. if you have to bet this game bet the over. If you do nothing but play all dogs every week for the entire season you will come up 68% by the end year. proven for 14 out of 15 years on paper. sounds easy but a bit DECEPTIVE

Agreed. trend is of interest, but I try to avoid betting a bad team expecting them to do anything for me.

Blindly betting all NFL underdogs is a "whopping" 51.5% ATS since 1985.

Home dogs are 52.7% and road dogs are 50.9%.

They were -1 at Oakland last year. They won too - 24-21.

Definitely getting trapped if you take the Browns.....the Rams are a play that only a system can stomach........gotta go with it though

                          numbers are not wrong

What you gentleman are failing to realize is that dogs pay off more than favorites, so you will profit 68% or more even if the games are at around 55%. Doolars made not percentages are what counts. not how many times i win but how much i win should not be DECEPTIVE

                            Prediction: Rams 24, Browns 21
Rams +3 (5 Units - Double Money Pick)
                            Over 44.5 (.5 Units)

They have to win sometime. I don't think they will go winless.
