Chargers didn't practice today and this game might not even be played in SD with the fire mess.

Chargers are moving to AZ.

Texans +10 seems like a good bet right now.

Be careful that this type of stuff is not already included in the line. These fires and the Chargers playing elsewhere has been all over the news.
