Yeah, going into 2006 they were coming off 2-14 with the league's worst defense and never having had even minor success in franchise history. People thought it was their year? Name me one person. Locking in +3 On Hous is a pretty good bet.
The Colts generally suck during Pre season, and the week 1 lines, when finally set, take the exhibitions into more account than they should. It's likely the line won't go up from 3, but good chance it moves towards Texans if Colts do their usual job of not caring about the exhibitions. You should be able to get a middle opportunity off 3, even if you have no opinion on the game.

They kind of remind me of the Arizona Cardinals while Seattle were the undisputed kings of the NFC West, they were a trendy pick for a few years before they made their SB run.

Brian Cushing, Houston's best LB, has been suspended for the first four games of the season for steroids. This is a huge hit for the Texans. He will not be around for the home games against Indy and Dallas, and away games against Washington and Oakland. Did a potential 3-1 start just turn into a potential 1-3 start?
