    My Draft Grades
In alphabetical order and subject to change after each day:

Arizona. A. They got a solid player to fill a need.
Atlanta. A-. They wanted Witherspoon. Another player that fills a need.
    Baltimore. Has not drafted.
Buffalo. A-. They took the best back in the draft. He will be their star on offense.
    Carolina. Has not drafted
    Chicago. Has not drafted
Cincinnati. B. They needed a good TE. Gresham fills the bill.
Cleveland. B. They get a good CB but there were more pressing needs.
Dallas. A. They get a solid reciever. If he keeps out of trouble, he will be a star.
Denver. F. WR Thomas is O.K., but trading up to get Tebow is ridiculous.
Detroit. A. They filled a need with the best player in the draft.
Green Bay. B. A solid pick that fills a hole.
Houston. B. Definately a need pick here. The Texans must shore up their CB play.
Indianapolis. B+. The Colts continue to pick near the bottom and land solid players.
Jacksonville. D. This is a huge reach. They could have picked this kid in Round 3.
Kansas City. B. They get a solid player, but he is not worth the #5 overall.
Miami. C+. A good player who could have been taken in the 2nd round. A reach.
    Minnesota. Has not Drafted.
New England. B. They trade down and still get a god CB that fills a need.
New Orleans. B. A good CB that the Saints need.
N.Y. Giants. B-. They filled a need, but is this kid over-rated?
N.Y. Jets. B. A good choice, but the Jets had bigger needs.
Oakland. B. A good player, but the Raiders have bigger needs especially on the O-line..
Philadelphia. B+. The Eagles needed a blitzing LB and got him. Solid pick.
Pittsburgh. B. A bit high for a Center, but Pouncey will help the O-line.
St. Louis. D. They could have had Suh AND Clausen or McCoy. They blew it.
San Diego. D-. A huge reach. They needed a RB, but not this high.
San Francisco. C-. They addressed their O-Line needs, but both choices were reaches.
Seattle. A-. An excellent job of filling holes by a first year front office. Two solid picks.
Tampa Bay. A. They get one of the best DT out there.
Tennessee. A-. I really like Morgan. An excellent pass rusher to fill a huge need.
Washington. B+. An excellent fit for Shanny and his O-Line philosophy.

Jets need most a pass rusher. And it isn't going to be Jason Taylor. That was the way to go.

I agree with your take on the Rams. Picking #1 can be a bad spot to be in, but simply the fact that they don't have their guy signed before the draft is ominous, IMHO. The last team to do this was the Raiders with Russell. I'm not saying Bradford is a bust, but I agree that I'd have passed and taken McCoy or Claussen later down the line. I'd have tried very hard to trade out of that spot simply because the Rams have so many needs.

Even of they could not trade out of the #1 spot, they should have taken Suh, and then taken either Clausen or McCoy with the first choice in the 2nd round. There is no conceivable way that they thought that Bradford. Tebow, Clausen AND McCoy would go in round 1.

Can't say Saints CB is a top need. Worries me that he was in an academic scandal in college

The Raiders drafting a ILB kinda ticked me off a little but i later realized they needed help stoping the run so they took the number 1 rated linebacker instead of the number 3 offensive tackle. They can get an OT in the later rounds.

In alphabetical order and subject to change after each day:

Arizona. A-. This team had a solid draft
Atlanta. B+. They wanted Witherspoon. No 2nd round pick hurt, but a solid 3rd round.
Baltimore. B-. An excellent pick, followed by a questionable one.
Buffalo. B-. They took the best back in the draft, but did not follow up with enough solid picks.
Carolina. A-. A solid draft considering no 1st round pick. Clausen was a steal.
Chicago. C-. One good Safety, but only 1 pick in 3 rounds.
Cincinnati. C+. They needed a good TE. Gresham fills the bill. The rest were O.K.
Cleveland. B. They had a lot of picks. Some were questionable. McCoy fell to them.
Dallas. B+. They get a solid reciever. Grade would have been higher if they had more picks.
Denver. D. WR Thomas is O.K., but trading up to get Tebow is ridiculous. They did ok with their 3rd rounders.
Detroit. B-. They filled a need with the best player in the draft. Only one other player taken, and that was weak.
Green Bay. B. A solid pick in round 1 and 3 and an questionable pick in round 2.
Houston. B. A good solid overall draft.
Indianapolis. B. The Colts continue to pick near the bottom and land solid players. Round 2 pick is risky.
Jacksonville. D-. Round 1 is a huge reach. Round 3 pick is iffy. No round 2 pick.
Kansas City. B. They get a solid player, but he is not worth the #5 overall. The other picks were good.
Miami. C+. After a reach in round 1, some decent picks in round 2 and 3.
Minnesota. B-. Two solid 2nd round picks, but that is it.
New England. B. They trade down and still get a good CB that fills a need. Other picks were solid.
New Orleans. B+. Three solid picks by the Champs
N.Y. Giants. C. A strange draft, which was no better than average.
N.Y. Jets. C+. The picks were good, but only two in 3 rounds.
Oakland. B+. One of the better Raider drafts in quite a while.
Philadelphia. B+. The Eagles needed a blitzing LB and got him. Solid 2nd and 3rd round picks.
Pittsburgh. C+. Not a bad draft, but not their best.
St. Louis. C-. They could have had Suh AND Clausen or McCoy. They blew it. 2nd round pick was solid.
San Diego. D. A huge reach in round 1. They gave up to much. Round 3 pick was good.
San Francisco. C. They addressed their O-Line needs, but both choices were reaches. They went tough guy.
Seattle. A. An excellent job of filling holes by a first year front office. The best draft of them all so far.
Tampa Bay. B. Only an iffy pick in round two kept this from going higher.
Tennessee. B+.. I really like Morgan. An excellent pass rusher to fill a huge need. Two Round 3 picks were good.
Washington. C+. An excellent fit for Shanny and his O-Line philosophy. But only 1 pick hurts.
