Since no one knows the full story, it's possible that the victim could have made the whole story up so she coud sue for lots of money.

You said, "They had the evidence destroyed". I asked if you had any proof and so far, I ain't seen you offer up any proof. So, I'll ask you again: Do you have proof that Ben (or his lawyers) "had the evidence destroyed"? Well...no, of course, you don't.

Then suddenly the victim doesn't want to press charges and goes into seclusion (typical behavior for rape victims).
It is also typical behavior for someone whose story was inconsistent and didn't want those inconsistencies brought to light in court. Also typical for someone who is underaged and having to explain what she was doing drunk in a bar. Also typical of someone who didn't want to have to go through a trial. So, her behavior is actually "typical" for a lot of different things...

I know Big Ben is guilty
No. No, you don't. You've made your mind up that Ben is quilty (and that is certainly your right) but you don't KNOW any such thing (just like you don't have proof that "They had the evidence destroyed").

Maybe you're right, until it's sufficiently proven in a court of law, we can't be sure Big Ben did it.
Also, maybe we should consider that Michael Jackson may not have been a pedo and that perhaps Jimmy Hoffa got lost on a long walk.
Walter forgot... when you're desperate's when you got no choice.
