line seems awful low at 11/2 what am i missing here, trap game for the packers? what are your insights

I saw this as well and instantly thought about pounding this. But then I remember Favre struggles in domes, especially in Minny. The Pack should have no problems winning this game on paper, but it all depends how Favre will play. Minnesota always plays their best games against the Packers. It's a bit of an iffy bet at the moment for me.

minnesota's offense is quite different what it has been(does that mean alot? ya i guess so in a way)

greenbay is 2nd best nfc team(behind cowboys but i tin kti would a hell of a game ) greenbay was most underrated team coming into the season and my friend owes me 100 bux cuz i called they'd start 3-0

anyhow minnesota's chance is really if greenbay only decides 2 run the ball..favre has been amazing in his starts(1st 1 coulda been a lil better) but last 2 games their really putting up some yards and points-31 off san diego is a good accomplishment

their defense is great..imo top 7 defense and ive said that from the beginning and im sticking to it untill i see different( 24 points given up vs san diego is alot but it happens )

ill easily take gb at -1.5 with a smile on my face

If Minnesota didn't hand the game to the Chiefs, they could have won that 24-10, and they'd be 2-1 entering this game and likely a 2 or 3-point favorite.

If Farve is still playing this week like he is 25 yrs old then Min does not have a chance......Its uncanny, Farve looks like he did 10 years ago, hes running around like its his rookie year and he is just happy to be there playing in the backyard with the boys, I like his attitude this year. I think I would stay away from this game just because of what ICE mentioned.

being from Minnesota I understand this line. Over the last 20 years the Packers have struggled in the Metrodome. Even in their dominate days when Favre was on top he would struggle in Minnesota. I remember a few years back when the Packers were like 2-10 in the Dome including 1996 and 97 when the Pack were dominate, but then again in 2000 and 01 the Vikes were good. these NFC central battles always seem to stay close. But you have to take the Packers at that line, u just have to.

I'm a Packers fan, plus living right on the Minnesota border, I am intimately familiar with this rivalry. Lately, Favre has been doing better in the dome, but I still have some reservations. Bottom line, the Packers are a much better team at this moment in time than the Vikings. Even if you give 7 points for being in the dome, the Packers are easily 10-14 points better than the Vikes on a neutral field. I'm playing the Packers.

This just match's up well However Peterson is starting to look better and better while I don't trust Farve.

For all the reasons mentioned above I'm passing on this one 2. I still remember the 5thousand ints and 134123 fumbles favre has had when he enters the dome. It doesnt seem to matter how well he is playing beforehand either...grrr.
